California Public Utilities Commission – Energy Efficiency
California has led the nation in energy efficiency programs since the 1970s. The CPUC regulates ratepayer-funded energy efficiency programs by working with the investor-owned utilities, other program administrators, and vendors to develop programs and measures to transform technology markets within California using ratepayer funds.
Utility and Program Administrator Reports
EE Program administrators are required to file timely program tracking applications and reports with the CPUC. Click here to download the source reports submitted by the IOUs, RENs and CCAs. Reports are categorized by time period (monthly, quarterly, or annual) and can be obtained for all program cycles. Filtering capabilities make it easier to find specific reports.
The CPUC’s Energy Efficiency Annual Progress and Evaluation report summarizes the investor owned utilities’ 2010 – 2012 energy efficiency portfolio based on best available information from ongoing evaluation studies. This report is relevant to understanding progress made by the IOUs in fulfilling Commission policy and meeting program cycle goals.
